This would spruce up the family album. Definitely worth risking it all for a couple pictures.

its because thats how the pilots are trained to land. the airport is right next to the beach for some reason so the plane needs to go in that low.

My Dad's got pictures from the 70's from either that beach or one similar. The military flight crews would get off their planes and just walk to the beach for a quick dip.
