Overcrowding breeds rudeness breeds retaliation.
Flashing or shooting guns to be somewhat common around Chicago. Since the I-294/290 expansion was finished, I haven't heard of people doing stuff like that. It's just a matter of easing the congestion so people don't feel they have to resort to such mortal threats just to get from point A to point B.
