All the burping, raalphing and farting is how you can tell when you're near a bald eagle nest. It's really impressive, especially if you're downwind.
It looks like a drive-by, or I guess a fly-by. He doesn't even look at the thing when he grabs it, he's all "Eh whatever, I'll just grab this fish".
And step, and flap ... pirouette!
