Someone doesn't want Big Brother watching over him anymore..

Tired of that CCTV camera? No worries, these two gentlemen can take it down in no time. It happened on Dorning Road, Swinton, at about 1.30pm on 7 May 2011. The vandals used a portable saw to cut through the CCTV camera pole, causing it to collapse and transmission was lost. Police have now released CCTV footage taken from the camera seconds before it was cut down and are appealing to anyone who either recognises the offender or who has information about what happened to come forward. Chief Inspector Vinny Greener from the Salford Division of Greater Manchester Police said: "The CCTV was put up after residents complained about antisocial behaviour on their estate. Within days of it being in place it led to the arrest of a wanted man and has already provided evidence regarding antisocial behaviour. "Clearly its presence is upsetting the criminal fraternity and it has been deliberately attacked in broad daylight for all to see. I want to reassure people that the police, Salford City Council and City West are working together to identify those responsible. Anybody who has any information regarding this please let us know on 0161 872 50 50 or contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."
