That's terrifying.
Great effort by the guy in the vid who did this successfully - usually once someone thinks they get stuck, they can't psych themselves back in the game, they get 'stuck' and they're done. My uncle was a firefighter and I tried this when I was 16, and if you have a shoulder frame wider than like 18in, this gets really difficult.

I'm having to calm myself down from just watching the video.
Goes to show in a small way how brave firefighters really are.
