Such a small car, why not just pick it up and turn it.
So a guy creates a traffic jam which turns into a street party, they added a funeral, complete with a priest and made a motion picture.
The T-Shirt vendor was around the corner selling T-Shirts that said "I survived the Funeral Party Jam of 2013."
Why is this "scumbag"? I'd call it "idiot"...
Seems fake and staged to me.
