Dzhokar Tsarnaev shootout with police (Boston #2 Suspect)

Boston police and law enforcement engage Dzhokar Tsarnaev, the second Boston bombing suspect. It is not clear if the shots were fired by the suspect, authorities or both He was held up in a grounded boat, at the end of a Watertown backyard. Dzhokar is now alive and in custody. He is being treated for serious injuries.
