Humming Bird Harassment/Intimidation

There was one humming bird harassing and assaulting another humming bird that was trying to get some nectar. There is obviously plenty of nectar, however, this one humming bird feels like it has to be a greedy jerk and use force to try and monopolize the situation. Much like how advocates of Hamiltonian economic systems attempt to do with strategic global resources.
