Woman Finds 7-Foot KFC Bucket on Front Lawn

Aleena Headrick discovered the huge KFC bucket on her front lawn on Thursday and took some photos of it to post on her Facebook page. The mysterious arrival of the red and white striped bucket has also attracted Headrick's neighbors to take photos of bizarre sight. As it turns out, the massive bucket is in fact an old style Kentucky Fried Chicken store display, which is about 30 to 40 years old. Headrick later found out that her landlord, Freddie Taylor, is obsessed with famous old signs, and had organized for this particular one to be delivered to the property Headrick was renting from him. The bucket features the famous KFC Colonel on the front, with the traditional red and white stripes associated with the chicken fast food restaurant, as well as the words "Kentucky Fried Chicken" under the Colonel's face. Taylor now plans to have the ginormous bucket mounted on a pole in front of the property - not what everyone would call "finger lickin' good" but Headrick apparently has since said that she is completely fine with the plans. Looking on the bright side she has suggested it would make it very easy to give people directions to her house now.
