Does 'BASE Jumping' Mean Bouncing off a Cliff-Face & Getting Stuck ?

Well, this time it does, in another BASE jumping incident captured on video, where we see the jumper bounce off the cliff-face, before his chute gets caught up and he gets stuck before reaching the ground .... lucky fellow. According to Mike "I had a 180 opening on a BASE jump in Moab, Utah in November 2013. I subsequently had a cliff strike, tried to deal with it and crashed onto a ledge. Somehow I got extremely lucky and landed in the only place available by sheer luck. Only suffered bruised hips, arms and a black eye.
