Crackhead with cracked windows threatens a driver and tries to evade police

''The guy in the old muscle car had been staring at the crackhead because all his windows were all broken. The crackhead thought he was challenging him to a fight. So the crackhead pulls right up on him and blocks his path, and the rest is on video. The police officer is a friend of mine, and told me that when they arrested him and put him in the back seat of the patrol car he kicked out all the window of the patrol car.
