Fire Breaks out in Torch Tower skyscraper in DubaiA fire broke out early Saturday at a luxury apartment skyscraper in Dubai, civil defense authorities said. No deaths were immediately reported and it was unclear how many people were inside The Torch, the Dubai Civil Defense said. The cause of the fire, which started at 2 a.m. (4 p.m. CT Friday), is not known, the Civil Defense added.
