Tornado Touches Down Near Elmer, Oklahoma

The National Weather Service sent a damage team to the Elmer, Oklahoma area on May 17 to assess the damage caused by a tornado that touched down on May 16. This footage shows the funnel cloud in the Elmer area. It was one of several tornadoes generated by a storm in southwest Oklahoma on May 16 that caused damage.
