god, he´s insane.
But what mkes me wonder is:
Why did the police not stopm him?
He was clearly risking his health, if not his life.
A 15`` depth is simply not deep enough. ^^
The Police was afraid to wet their socks or what.. and risk that obviously crazy guy´s life???
