Man Tries To Run From Police As His Pants Fall Down

Chicago, IL -- A man on the run with his pants around his ankles didn't get too far Monday morning in Chicago. Authorities tackled the man, who was seen walking on the Dan Ryan Expressway and Metro rail tracks around 6:00 a.m. (May 17). For safety reasons, as State Police, Chicago Police and transportation workers chased down the man, power was temporarily shut down to the tracks. The man was eventually taken into an ambulance and driven to the hospital, it's not clear yet why he was walking on the expressway.
