With all the people getting killed from tasers lately this guy acted way too quickly. Leaving him on the side of the road for so long was dangerous too.

I think he tilted the story to his favor for the other officer, that guy was not taking off or presenting a threat.

Yes, the cop reacted too quickly. However, the guy should have known that cops /do/ react quickly.

You don't argue it on the spot. You take it to court.

American terrorism at its finest. "well...it looked like he was leaving to me..." how many people walk towards a taser or a gun when a cops pointing it at them, threatening to shoot? not many.

One more idiot on a power trip.
While I was in U.S. I filed a report against a police officer that stopped me cause he couldn't read my back plates (Arizona is kinda dusty you know..).. He kept leaning on my car and scratching it with his belt, after I warned him he continued to do it on purpose.
I guess I was lucky I didn't get electrocuted on the site.
