Now I feel nostalgic: I used to have an elephant stag beetle- her name was Lucy and she was nice and chubby from all the fruits and honey I was giving her. :)
Do they really walk like that or is it injured? Or too fat to reach the ground with its' legs? Still cool, but my cat would eat it well before its' expected lifetime in captivity.
I was thinking the same thing. It's seems very immobile, almost like it's slipping on the waxed floor.
On a side note, you have no idea how many times I've wished I could stuff my head in a bucket full of jelly.
