Amateur cameraman captures fatal plane accident.


RAW VIDEO:Florida.During the investigation of the collision at the airpark it was discovered that an amateur video was shot of the immediate aftermath of the crash. The video was taken into evidence at that time and for investigative purposes the video was not released to the public. The lead investigative agency for the crash, the NTSB has authorized its release and it is now available.Officials release video shot by an amateur immediately after a fatal crash Saturday at in Titusville.TITUSVILLE (AP) -- One of the two people who initially survived a fiery two-plane collision at a Florida airpark has died, the National Transportation Safety Board said Sunday. Two others were killed in Saturday morning's collision at the Arthur Dunn Airpark in Titusville. Another remains in critical condition, NTSB spokesman Peter Knudson said. The identities of those involved in the crash had not been released Sunday afternoon. Several messages left by The Associated Press with a Titusville Fire and Emergency Medical Services spokesman and the Titusville Police Department were not immediately returned. The single-engine planes involved in the crash were registered to Christen Air Inc. in Wilmington, Del., and William E. Hess of Daytona Beach, according to records. The Experimental Aircraft Association Chapter 866 was hosting a pancake breakfast when the crash occurred. A witness provided a video to investigators, and NTSB officials will review it Monday, Knudson said.
