I don't think you can last 41 hours without peeing, even if you don't have water you would pee in the first few hours while your body is still not aware of that.
I take the stairs as often as possible.

I might just take the stairs too from now on.

My one apartment is on 7th floor and the other on 3rd- I walk up and down, even with the bike on my shoulder. If nothing, it's great warm up before the training. ;)

and it amazes me how long people have failed to notice a person in an elevator, especially since it was the only car with lights on...
