Crazy girl on the train - I'm pressing charges!!

A young woman is on a crazy rant yelling obscenities, rapping and is harrassing an old woman during a train ride. She doesn't seem to make any sense. Some other passengers tell her to chill out and leave the old lady alone and thats when she starts to really go off the deep end. One passenger gets fed-up, gets out of his seat tells her to "get the fuck out of my face" and pulls her hair. After the incident she keeps repeating over and over "I'm pressing charges"!!
