I have even better idea: how about actually working out all year round..?
Lets make a little calculation here: average person can do about 50 regular abs per minute. This video is over 5 minutes long. You can do 300 abs while it lasts.
Do it every other day starting now, and if your constitution is otherwise normal you'll have a nicely shaped belly by July.
50 per minute. Wow. I'd be happy if I could do half that. I think diet is also important because if, like my 700 lb boss you eat pork rinds, donuts and sake every day for lunch you still won't be able to see the results through the thick layer of blubber.
You are absolutely right, I already wrote somewhere : abs are 60% nutrition and 40% workout, 80% workout being cardio.
That said, I had a 1lbs steak on a business lunch the other day, I was starving. Add potatoes and veggies to that + dessert, my meal weighed over 2lbs.
Luckily, the guests were americans so they greatly admired my skill to consume 2% of my whole body weight in 30 minutes. :P
