It's amazing how these things keep recirculating around the Internet. It doesn't matter how old they are a new crop of people come along to believe it, no matter how many other sites point out it's fake.
The bicyclist moves like UFO in one of those no-budget hoax videos.
It may be fake but its still pretty entertaining.
