News Camera Captures Woman Disappearing Down Manhole.They had some pretty shitty weather in Russia last night by all accounts and during a report on the flooded streets of Moscow today,a woman is caught falling through a manhole after the cover had been left off in an attempt to drain the streets. Municipal services were say they were not to blame for the accident,as the manhole was visibly marked with signs???
