"What is going on" is that you're on crack lady. The only thing in your water supply is all the drugs you must be on.

Alright I know this is hard to believe. BUT rainbows are actually created by light going through the air as "white" light then going through the water of the sprinkler. The "white" light separates into all the different colors of the spectrum and then re-enters back into the air. The rainbow stops because there isn't either light (towards the grass) or water (on the other side of the sprinkler). It's really simple physics and it bothered the hell out of me to listen to her talk about toxins or whatever
