I've been practicing a lot of Kung Fu and regular boxin in my life, and I think Blade 2 and Wesley Snipes is one of the best - if not THE best - movies when it comes to showing the actual force needed to kick people around like gloves, just like action heroes do in all types of films. He fights heavy.
