Thats a swing for small children... not grown people.
They look like that because small children can't balance(and swing). In the first few seconds of the video you can see a little girl swinging in a regular swing.
Can someone get that child to shutup! I can't here the do swinging!
Anyway, if that dog could talk, I reckon he would say 'kill me' much because of what failedassassin pointed out
