Her name is Felicia Day. She was on Buffy and Dollhouse, and the people in this video are all from a Youtube show called The Guild (which I don't find very entertaining). She also does seem to play WoW, and one day I will stop being shocked by the apparently normal people that play that game.

Not to mention I find the tune quite catchy!

@ Finch: see, to me she looks extremely bleak and not distinctive at all- that's actually one of the reasons I find her unattractive from neck up. Another reason is the fact her maxilla and mandible didn't completely evolve.
She has nice eye color, but that's about it.
