Why can't people accept that if they think democracy is the best form of government they're gonna end up governed by a guy the didn't vote for from time to time.

Democrats ought to have thought of this under the Bush administrations and republicans ought to think of that now. Democracy will never make more than the one percent - who actually knew what they were voting for - happy. The rest is either gonna be people whining about the lack of sudden world peace and free health care or the picket lines of people afraid socialist, muslim, communist, nazis with a euthanasia-scheme.
