I find this funny for two reasons:
1. because it's just so goddamned random, and
2. because it's just so... wasteful. There are currently people starving in the world, and yet someone felt it vitally important to put small explosives in tacos and blow them up on film.
...God I hope none of the rest of the world sees this. It just makes my country look so bad...

Exploding a taco thousands of miles away from some place doesnt add or detract from the problem of hunger in said place. Logical fallacy.
