This is creepy and cool at the same time, which pretty much sums up the bag pipes all together.

I'm guessing it's a Turkish sort of bagpipe called the Tulum, which has a relatively large air bag on it like that. I thought the use of the goat's head like that was pretty cool, really. Weird, sure, but cool. It adds another layer of the exotic to the whole scene.
