Motorcycle traffic violation - Cop pulls out gun

He pulled his gun because he's clearly off-duty and has no identifying insignia other than his word, and his gun, and he's an idiot.

To quote Marge from the episode of the Simpsons where Homer is accused of sexual harassment-
"You know, the courts might not work any more, but as long as everybody is videotaping everyone else, justice will be done."

The guy has a helmet cam, which means he's one of those idiots that makes videos of himself speeding, which means he deserves to be stomped.

That's true nika, but he should have just called a marked unit and left it at that. We call guys like this "badge heavy" which means they enjoy being a cop a little too much and can't put it down even when they are off work.
