There's something wrong with the title of this video. If a tiny apartment transforms into 24 rooms, then it is still a tiny apartment, just with 24 really tiny rooms.
Other than the inadequate title...this video is awesome! Great for cities, sure, but I actually see uses in long range space travel as well...cool stuff.
HOWEVER...old people would never be able to live here...
