Giving a Giant Snake a Bath

Why would you own this?!

Because your neighborhood is infested with cats, or guinea pigs, or that strange kid that sings.

I don't know what's wrong with people that own snakes. I mean who thinks about remodeling their house for a pet?

Reptiles are not affectionate, but that alone doesn't exclude them being kept as pets. I wouldn't want a snake anymore than I'd want a Iguana, but for those interested in snakes, there are many beautiful varieties, and this in one. That said, anyone who keeps snakes, especially large snakes, need to always remain cognizant of their potential danger. There was a recent story of an infant strangled in the night by the family boa constrictor. You can't blame the snake for just doing what it does naturally. Very unfortunate and very sad.

She's doing it wrong.

You invite friends over for dinner first, THEN you put your constrictor in the tub and close the door. When your friends arrive and one of them asks the inevitable question (where's the bathroom), show them to it, then sit back and listen to the soothing screams of your horrified friend.

(Or listen to the eerie silence of your devoured friend. Whatever your preference.)
