Robber Leaves Wallet At Scene


Kentucky State Police are currently working a robbery which happened at the Minute-Mart convenience store on US 231 south of Beaver Dam at the Western Kentucky Parkway. The robbery was reported around 11:00 p.m.Monday. KSP Detectives say a man wearing a red sweatshirt and a black and white flannel jacket with a hood entered the store and demanded money. The robber grabbed the cash drawer and attempted to leave the store. At that point, the male clerk attempted to stop the robber, and a fight ensued. The robber left with an undisclosed amount of money; however, the robber’s wallet fell out of his pocket during the scuffle. Detectives have secured an arrest warrant for 38 year-old Jeffery Everly for Robbery 2nd degree. Everly is 6 foot tall; 202 lbs.; white male; brown eyes; brown hair with a goatee. He was last seen driving a 1994 Ford F-150 pick-up truck, red over gray bearing KY registration 859-HGF. Direction of travel is unknown. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the Kentucky State Police at 270-685-3927 or 800-222-5555. We encourage the public not to confront Everly for he is considered dangerous.
