Criminal Pulls Gun On Cop During Footchase

The Evansville, Indiana Police Department released body cam footage of 29-year old Cornelius Ratliff being arrested after he fleeing a routine traffic stop. During the resulting chase, Ratliff pulled a handgun on the pursuing officer and tried to fire it, but forgot to turn the safety off. Ratliff was recently sentenced to 30 years in prison for numerous charges stemming from the March 17, 2014 incident.
